Trucks Delphi DMCI CAN supports 2 FIDs: Hyundai Delphi DMCI CAN and DAF Delphi DMCI CAN Reading/writing maps and checksums correction.

Warning: for Hyundai HD500 writing now supported on bench with direct connection to ECU, 2 CAN-buses connection required!

Improvements and fixes:

• Added support E83B to ACDelco E83A FID with checksums and automatical detection of ECU Type
• GM ACDelco E83A FID renamed to GM ACDelco E83
• Remade Kia/Hyundai Kefico CPGDSH2/CPEGD2. Now supported reading and writing maps by OBD. Virtual reading disabled!
